How to Request Account Deletion

Once your request has been verified, we will permanently delete:

• Your profile information

• Rider and horse profiles

• Training sessions

• Coaching feedback

• Chat messages

• Personal settings

• Other personal data associated with your account

Data That May Be Retained

Certain information may be retained for a limited period if required to:

• Comply with applicable laws or legal obligations

• Resolve disputes

• Prevent fraud or abuse

• Enforce our Terms of Service
